At SHIFT Your Journey Mental Health Counseling, we believe therapy is a vital part of mental health care, not a luxury. As an insurance-based practice, we aim to make therapy more accessible. Over 90% of our clients use insurance to cover therapy costs, making mental health support more affordable. Our diverse team creates a compassionate, supportive environment for healing. We understand that not everyone can use insurance, so we also offer cash payment options. Through our SHIFT Accessible Care Program, clients can begin therapy with our Associate Therapists for as low as $30 per session. Additionally, we collaborate with organizations like Open Path Collective, Therapy for Black Girls' Pro Bono Program, and The Loveland Foundation to further increase access to therapy, depending on availability.
